Ferreira เนื่องในโอกาสที่ได้รับรางวัล The Innovation of Oral Care Award 2022 โดย the International Association of Dental Research ร่วมกับ GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) โดยมีการประกาศรางวัลในงานประชุม IADR General Session 2022 โดยเป็นนักวิจัยคนแรกจากประเทศในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ที่ได้รับรางวัลนี้ และทำให้ประเทศไทยเป็นหนึ่งในสามประเทศจากเอเชียที่ได้รับรางวัลนี้ ตั้งแต่เริ่มจัดตั้งรางวัลในปี 2004
